The awards that SUNRISE HOMES won are –

In the 3,000 square feet or less category for:

· BEST KITCHEN
· BEST LAYOUT
· BEST FRONT/REAR ELEVATION

*Our Builder Bus Tour attendees vote on all of the homes in the parade in each category (square footage: 3,000 or less; 3,001-4,000; and more than 4,001) So these certificates are awarded to the builders via a vote of their peers.
